Tissot boasts a rich and fascinating history, starting in the Swiss Jura Mountains, the cradle of Swiss watchmaking: in 1853, Charles-Félicien Tissot and his son Charles-Émile joined forces to set up Tissot in the small town of Le Locle, where it still remains. Tissot, who’s motto is “Innovators by tradition”, has has a continuing commitment to technical perfection since its foundation in 1853.
More recently they have been associated with development of sports watches particularly for motor-racing. A watchmaker that never stands still, with a huge variety of styles, they have evolved into a brand that represents the best in Swiss watch manufacture and understated luxury.

Rotary timepieces are now sold in over 65 countries throughout the world. Rotary specialises in designing affordably stylish timepieces, blending the ‘old with the new’ and the ‘contemporary with the classic’ to achieve a distinctive range of watches. Inspired by the coastal lifestyle in Dorset, Elliot Brown watches are built to the highest standard with specialised components and immense durability.
With an obsessive, engineering background, they utilise deep reserves of specialist watch making knowledge from a life in extreme sports. They’re built without compromise and every component is made up to a standard.
When Elliot Brown set about developing a watch, it’s because of a specific need. The original need was to create immensely capable watches that were so capable they’d simply brush off the sort of harsh conditions and environments that typically cause watches to fail.
