We have a fully equipped workshop and access to industry specialists nationwide. With the right amount of care, attention and a highly skilled craftsman, we can solve any issue.

Watch Repair Services
New Batteries for Watches:
Supply and fit: £25.00.
There is a minimum 2 day turnaround for all battery services. Watch functionality is tested following the battery change.
Watches that require re-sealing for water resistance will be sent to our specialist workshop, prices start at £50.00.

Bracelet Shortening:
£10 for Brands we stock only.
Watches purchased in store, free of charge.

New Watch Straps:
We have a large range of 'Hirsch' straps in many colours, sizes and materials from £14.95 including fitting.

Watch Servicing is carried out by our specialist watchmakers.
Watches are sent to our watchmaker for free no obligation estimates. Estimates are given approx seven days after the watch is received. If the work is not proceeded the watch is returned with no charge.

The time taken to complete these kind of repairs varies from watch to watch and will be advised on an individual basis. Any time scale quoted may be subject to revision and we will let you know on an ongoing basis the progress of your watch.

Your watch is insured on a like for like market value whilst with us.
Jewellery Services
We offer a full sizing & repair service for Gold and Platinum rings, earrings, bracelets & necklaces as well as refurbishment of heirloom pieces and individual repairs on pre-owned, antique & vintage jewellery.

We no longer repair silver jewellery.
