In-store:

Gifts bought in-store: In the unlikely event that a gift purchased at Jago isn’t quite right we will exchange the item or issue a credit note to the value of that item as long as it is returned within a period of 30 days and has not been worn.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you purchase an item for yourself in-store then change your mind, we may at our discretion offer an exchange as long as the item has not been worn. 

All deposits placed against orders or bespoke commissions are non-refundable, a credit note may be issued at the management’s discretion.

Items that develop faults

Goods purchased at Jago are guaranteed for two years against manufacturing defects. Branded items are covered in accordance to the manufacturer’s warranty.

 

If an item develops a fault in this time, it will be repaired or replaced as quickly as possible.

By law you are entitled to a refund if an item develops a fault in the first 30 days of ownership, because of the nature of the product we would always prefer to replace or repair the item for you. If you're outside the 30-day right to reject, we would always repair or replace any faulty goods. 

 

This does not cover damage caused by inappropriate treatment of goods – inappropriate signs of wear. violent shock, obvious knocks or drops.

Online:

Anything purchased online may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase, as long as the item has not been worn. Please contact us immediately by email if you are not happy with an item you have purchased online.

Cancellations:

Any goods that have been specially commissioned, customised or personalised to order cannot be returned.

You are responsible for arranging and paying for the return using a service that allows for the item to be tracked and insured in transit.

Items should be returned unworn in their original packaging. Your refund will be generated once the item is returned and checked.

Jago reserves the right to charge a refurbishment fee if the item shows evidence of wear.

The contract between us:

We must receive payment for the whole price of the goods before we can accept your order.

 

Once we have received your payment, we will confirm your order via the email you have provided us. However this is not an Order Acceptance from Jago. Acceptance only takes place on the dispatch of the products you have ordered.

 

Unless we notify you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled your order in accordance with our online cancellation policy above, our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.

Cancellation by us:

We reserve the right to cancel the contract between you and us if:

We are unable to obtain authorisation for payment.

We do not deliver to your area.

We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered, or they do not satisfy our quality control standards.


If one or more of the items you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to human or typographical error, or an error in the pricing information received from our suppliers.

Furthermore, we may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing goods from the site whether or not the goods have been sold; removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the site; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

 

If we cancel your contract we will notify you by email or by telephone, and will re-credit your account with any sum deducted by us from your credit card within 14 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

Payments

In order to make purchases through the site, you will be asked to provide your true personal details. Customers must provide their real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated.


When ordering items, you will be required to provide payment details and you must represent and warrant that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided.

 

Purchases made on the site are for the personal or gift use of the buyer only and are not to be used for re-sale, commercial purposes or any other commercial benefit.

Missing Parcel or Items

If your parcel has not arrived within 5 working days from receipt of your dispatch email, please contact one of our team straightaway. We need to be made aware of the missing parcel within 14 days of the dispatch email to be able to investigate it and claim compensation for it where necessary.

If you receive your parcel and you believe it has something missing, please contact Jago immediately to allow us to investigate further. You need to contact us within 7 days of receiving your delivery and please retain all packaging.

Any notifications outside of the time periods mentioned above will mean we are unable to make a thorough investigation and any claim against us for the lost item will be rejected.

Customs & Duties

You (the customer) are liable for any customs and duties costs incurred when receiving your order. Jago will not pay them and if they are not paid your order will be returned to us.

Website Inaccuracies 

We endeavour to present the most recent and accurate information on our website at all times. However, there may be occasions when some of the information featured may contain incomplete data, typographical errors, or inaccuracies. 

We present our content 'as is' and make no claims to its accuracy, either expressed or implied. We reserve the right to amend errors or to update product information at any time without prior notice.

Third Party Links

We may include links on this site to other websites or resources operated by parties other than Jago, including other stockists and advertisers. Jago is not responsible for the content or accuracy of any off-site pages nor are we responsible for the availability of such external websites or resources, and do not endorse and are not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for the privacy practices or the content of such websites.

Termination of Website

We reserve the right to terminate the website or remove any of the services on it with immediate effect at any time and without notice, for example, if there is a change in the law that limits our ability to provide the website; or an event beyond our control stops us providing the website (eg: technical difficulties).

Our Rights

We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions from time to time, and your continued use of the website following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. If you do not agree to any change to the Terms & Conditions then you must immediately stop using the Website.
