HD x Tasha Ghouri Personalised Necklaces

Dream up the name, word or meaningful number (such as a date) of your choice and we will craft your unique necklace from scratch. We will design, 3D print, cast in silver, polish and plate your jewellery using some of the world's most skilled artisans. So you can be confident your personal jewel has been painstakingly crafted and is truly precious.

These necklaces are hand-crafted to order, so delivery is up to 21 days.

Please note that discount codes cannot be used with these bespoke pieces.

Please be aware that unless faulty, made to order personalised jewellery cannot be returned.

Most items are held in stock but some of the jewellery is made to order. If an item is in stock it will be dispatched as soon as possible, usually within 3 days of placing the order. Items that need to be made to order will be delivered in 1-2 weeks.

If you require an item urgently for a special date or event please contact Jago and we'll try our best to accommodate your requirements.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase simply return the goods, unworn, in their original condition and packaging. Please inform Jago of your intention to return goods in writing by email.

All goods must be returned within 14 days of delivery to receive an exchange or refund.

Any goods which have been specially commissioned, customised or personalised to order cannot be returned.

You are responsible for arranging and paying for goods to be returned using a delivery service that ensures the item is tracked and insured during transit.

Refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment within 7 days of receiving the item.
