Single-cut natural diamonds (14) - variable carat weights - milgrain sent into 18ct gold. Two petal-like extensions set with 4 diamonds into 18ct white gold.

Button pearl (preassembly freshwater) affixed in the middle of the ring, which is cream on colour with great lustre and pinky hues, measuring at approximately 8.4m in diameter.
