Our New Collaboration - The British Beekeepers Association

We are delighted to have partnered with the British Beekeepers Association, the UK's leading bee charity,

on a gorgeous collection of bee inspired jewellery. We will be donating 15% of all sales from this collection

to the charity, to go towards helping with the fantastic work they do to protect bees in the UK.

Most items are held in stock but some of the jewellery is made to order. If an item is in stock it will be dispatched as soon as possible, usually within 3 days of placing the order. Items that need to be made to order will be delivered in 1-2 weeks.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase simply return the goods, unworn, in their original condition and packaging. Please inform Jago of your intention to return goods in writing by email.

All goods must be returned within 14 days of delivery to receive an exchange or refund.

Any goods which have been specially commissioned, customised or personalised to order cannot be returned.

You are responsible for arranging and paying for goods to be returned using a delivery service which ensures the item is tracked and insured during transit.

Refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment within 7 days of receiving the item.
